Sooo good!! I picked this recipe simply because I had all the ingredients and not a lot of time. I too only marinaded the fish for an hour and it was still delicious! The spinach was also easy and went perfect with the fish and also made the meal very "fancy" looking-everyone was impressed...even me:) Easy, yummy and beautiful!

Wonderful, made these by the request of someone else and wasn't sure about how flavorful they would be, but I was mistaken. I haven't been able to wait to make them again! The aiola went so well with the fish and next time I'm going to try adding a few things to it as others have suggested. I used a chiabatta role and toasted it and it was amazing!...
