Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

"Easiest and greatest cupcake ever! If you like chocolate of course and are not a fan of the fluffy frosting that's usually on top of one. I love how they pop right out of the cupcake pan (you do need to fill them pretty close. I will admit that its more like a brownie or cake 'denseness' but that's why they're awesome!!! I also made some with gluten free flour. I only wanted a few so I cut the recipe in half, but forgot about cutting the chocolate in half and used the full amount...BUT, they were still AMAZING (of course, it had twice the chocolate. They were definitely more moist but not runny or anything AT ALL! Don't over beat.
Oh and if you don't like chocolate or genache and like those fakeness cupcakes with that super sweet aired frosting premade in grocery stores then GO BUY THEM and DONT MAKE THESE! To all my true chocolate fans..proceed..

Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Pecans and Cranberries

"Oh Alton..I love you! Super easy, super tasty brussel sprouts, how does that happen? This recipe:) Made a different brussel spout recipe with hazel nut butter and all sorts of fancy stuff, took forever, verdict? Eh. Made these for a Thanksgiving two, took 2 seconds-AMAZING, as always! Gonna try to add some other stuff next like some of the suggestions.

Reviewed Alaskan Black Cod with Acacia Honey

"Sooo good!! I picked this recipe simply because I had all the ingredients and not a lot of time. I too only marinaded the fish for an hour and it was still delicious! The spinach was also easy and went perfect with the fish and also made the meal very "fancy" looking-everyone was impressed...even me:) Easy, yummy and beautiful!

Reviewed Swordfish Panini with Arugula and Lemon Aioli

"Wonderful, made these by the request of someone else and wasn't sure about how flavorful they would be, but I was mistaken. I haven't been able to wait to make them again! The aiola went so well with the fish and next time I'm going to try adding a few things to it as others have suggested. I used a chiabatta role and toasted it and it was amazing! Making them again tonight for a friend!
