“Good, but with some tweaking, I think I can make it my own. I did not have Jiffy on hand so used Medium grind Bob's cornmeal and added a little sweetener. Next time I make this dish I will add honey to it before baking it. I'm trying to make it similar to a dish I ate in a Mexican restaraunt.”

“Delicious. The meat was tender. I did the prep work for this dish the day before, and glad I did. It was labor intensive. I did bake it the day off, and made the gravy the day of. It was a hit. Everyone raved about it. I have served this dish to three friends and they all requested the recipe.
