Reviewed Shrimp Boil with Clams and Lemon

"I've made this every summer since I've seen the recipe. It's a great hit at bbqs. I always use chicken broth instead of water to add more depth to flavoring. I've even substituted a cup of chicken broth for beer. Wow, the taste intensifies then. Most time I use baby yukon potatoes to avoid cutting potatoes, plus baby potatoes cook fast for the rec"

Reviewed Zucchini Vichyssoise

"This is five star but some reason food network won't accept my extra star! Used exact ingredients, followed the steps except I processed the soup in my pot using the hand mixer. Wow, I've never had cool soup. What an incredible taste. The flavors mingled even better the next day! This is a keeper! I've become enraptured with french cooking. Thanks Ina!

Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

"I have made this recipe several times and always with success. Usually with what I have in the cabinet. I've found that cranraisins from costco and dried diced papayas (tastes like candy when baked! yum!) and flaxseed instead of wheat germ works amazingly well. I bake it fine on a baker sheet sprayed liberally with pam and cut when half way cooled works well. Wonderful snack made with great ingredients the way it is! Thanks Ina love your recipes!
