This was the best Caesar salad I have ever had! The recipe was easy to follow and a snap to make. I followed it exactly, even baking my own country bread for the croutons! Wait...I didn't have white anchovies, and couldn't find them, so I used the other kind. :

I have a question. The giardinera that Jeff made on Sandwich King is nothing like the recipe shown here.
Jeff did not say anything about cooking the veggies. I would think if you simmered diced veggies and then bring to a boil for 15 minutes, you'd have mush.
Help! I really want to make it. ""

It was excellent!!! I had only had tilapia once before, and didn't care for it. I went to the market and the only two fish they had were salmon and tilapia!! I bought a small amount of the tilapia just to try. It was delicious!!!!
