I quite liked the concept, being a bacon lover, but two pounds of meat makes a house...not a loaf. Needed to double the cooking time to avoid raw ground beef in the center. Next time I think a pound is the max size. Also, the whole soaked slices were an absolute fail for me. I will return to bread crumbs. The bread never fully integrates into the"
