"This was my first effort at Indian food, and just as Aarti promised, it is easy and delicious!! I grilled the marinated chicken (used breasts) outside to keep my house from smoking up... and I added double garam masala. I used canned tomatoes, which worked out just fine. Because my husband and I like things extra spicy, I used crushed red pepper and cayanne to kick it up, and it was just right. Basmati rice works great, but definetly get some pita or naan for this meal. I had extra sauce left over, and plan to freeze it for a quick make-ahead meal in my near future.
