Reviewed Beth's Swedish Meatball Sauce

"The taste of the sauce is fantastic. I agree with the other reviewer that it i a little too thin, but a quick cornstarch slurry helped to thicken it right up. I put my sauce and meatballs in a crockpot for 4 hours so that the meatballs picked up on the great flavors from the sauce. Very good recipe I will definitely be using this one again."

Reviewed Cajun Grilled Shrimp and Grits

"Can you say OMG!!! This recipe was outstanding. Rich and creamy grits and slightly spicy shrimp. And yes with the cream the calories were definitely in attendance but looking at the history of recipes like these, southern staples one should expect that. I loved it and so did my family...as a matter of fact I am making it again tonight :)"
