My Activity
Reviewed Individual Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry
"We loved this recipe. Ended up using store bought puff pastry, and I decreased the amount of tarragon (only like it in small amounts but it still turned out wonderfully. also, we didn't have the ramekins, so we put it all into a cast iron skillet. Still turned out great. Really good flavor. "

Reviewed Quick Red Bean Soup
"We made this soup earlier this week. I let the soup simmer for about 2- 21/2 hours and it was really really good. My four kids all wanted seconds. We will certainly be keeping this in our rotation.
About Me
I am a stay at home mom who didn't even know how to boil water when I first got married. Food Network has taught me how to cook and now I love to make great tasting food for my family and to see how much they enjoy it.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods to cook are soups, stews and bean dishes. With my kids and husband, I am most famous for my chilli. My favorite restaurant is a little dive in Ellsworth, Maine. It's a Thai restaurant called "The Bangkok".
