I couldn't understand the confusion of the vineger, well it was on t.v. the other day lucky for me, Guy never used vineger he used
1cup RED WINE in brine and 1/4cup RED WINE in glaze he also prefer
merlot, but I didn't have so I used another red wine. Hope this helps Great dish Guy."
