Reviewed Grilled Rib Eye with Tomato and Poblano Chile Sauce

I didn't make the steak as she did on show. I don't have gas range. So I used BBQ grill, to roast Poblano peppers and didn't want to waste charcoal. I added smoking chips and the flavor from smoke on rib eyes and Tomato Poblano sauce was fantastic! Family loved this, I am doing this one again and again.. I'll have to try corn starch rub, I am sure"
