We thought this was good. I added 1 clove of minced garlic and used only 1 onion. I used 6 cups chicken broth and 2 cups of water.

We loved this recipe. Very, very good. I used light cream instead and next time I would probably try fat free 1/2 & 1/2 to make it healthier. This could be made with chicken too. I used only 1/2 of the called for red pepper flakes and my boyfriend's tummy can't tolerate too much of that.

This was very good. I personally liked the firmness of the peas that were put in after the first 40 minutes, although my boyfriend doesn't, so if we eat this again (assuming he will like it tomorrow night for dinner), then I would put all of the peas in at the same time. Also, I added pork to the recipe."

This was great. We both enjoyed it very much. I used the neufchtel cheese. I might use a little less salt next time. Very easy to make. I cooked frozen tortellini, drained it and mixed with the sauce. The lemon zest was great. Served baby peas on the side, since the boyfriend didn't want them mixed in."

This soup was very good. I used light cream instead of heavy cream and it was a little watery. I put some of the soup in the food processor to thicken it up a bit. Next time I will just use a little less chicken broth and/or cream. Very tasty. I did not use the jalapeno pepper. It had enough spice without it."
