OMG! This is soooo good! I made it today for lunch and then had the leftovers (and there is a LOT!) for supper with a pot roast. I used only 1 can of kidney beans, but other than that, I followed the recipe as is. I'm thinking it would also be good as a COLD rice salad. I will definitely make this again, and try it with chickpeas :)

So simple, yet soooo good! My dad used to make this all the time and I always wondered how he made it. I never knew he only used 4 ingredients. I use sugar only to taste (so as not to make it too sweet), and I added some milk into the pot near the end to make it even creamier. Yummy! Perfect for those chilly Fall days and cold Winter nights :)"

I';m not sure where it went wrong, but this was just not edible. I followed the directions as they were stated, but I don';t think anything could have salvaged the chicken :( It was too salty and too spicy, even with the salsa on top. Not sure if the sour cream was supposed to be there to counteract the spicyness, but it just did not work....
