Reviewed The Shrimp Cocktail
"Absolutely the most delicious shrimp cocktail.. I used the larger shrimp.. increased cooking time on 2nd side by 30 sec.. I was even in a hurry, just decided on last minute to cook these. Put them in freezer but they were just a little warm when we ate them and they were delicous.. Trick to shrimp is not to overcook.. I just love this recipe.. "

"Absolutely delicious and easy to make ahead and pop in oven.. Would be great to take somewhere. I added a little butter to top which helped the breadcrumbs brown nicely. You can use pats of butter or maybe even melt it a little. I bet buttermilk would taste good if you have some that you don't know what to do with.. Also, it was all gone.. always a sign it was GOOD.. Enjoy!!"
