"it was a great tasting recipe and easy to make. I USED DRIED CHERRIES INSTEAD OF PRUNES. I had difficulty finding goat cheese im my area. I did not find lemon olive oil so I added lemon juice to the oil. the stuffing favor went througout the porkchop. would recommend this recipe to anyone.
