Reviewed Creamy Polenta
"I'm a HUGE Polenta fan. As with Melissa, I always order it when I see it on the Menu. I've tried numerous recipes, and gone through the constant stove tending processes, and still not come out with Great Polenta. This recipe is a Miracle! Just a few minutes of effort, resulting in the BEST Polenta, I've ever made at home. It also rivals ANY Polenta I've had out. I've already made it twice. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!
