“Easy and delicious... I used "pick of the chix" so the white meat eaters in the house would be satisfied, too, and they sure were!
I salted and peppered the chicken before searing. I also doubled the peppers and scallions, as well as the sauce. I wish I would have tripled the veggies,as they were sensational and we had no leftover vegetables...”
