Tonight we made Alton's Swedish Meatballs and they were delicious. I made a few modifications because we like the tang of sour cream. The changes were:
a. 1/4 cup sour cream instead of the heavy cream;

We've been hooked on this since we first saw it on TV... it's the only way to fry up chicken! The salt/sugar brine is key - even if you cut down on some of the salt - do not skip this step! We've made this for family and friends, and it always gets rave reviews! Perfectly delicious every time, thanks Guy!
