"I made this for the second time today - the first time it was REALLY thick and heavy... So today I beat an egg white till it was in soft peaks and folded it in with the whipped cream - what a HUGE difference! I think next time I'll even use TWO egg whites instead of one - I decreased the whipping cream to 1 and 1/3 instead of 1 and 1/2 as well."

"I made this last night for dinner and not only was it FREAKING off the charts delicious but it made the house smell amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. It was soooo easy and the dumplings had so much flavor because of the chopped herbs in the dough. I went through a lot of recipes online but I had seen her make this last week and knew right then I had to make it over the weekend. Thanks Sunny! You rock!"
