"I have to agree! What is so wrong with canned pumpkin???? It's not pumpkin pie filling, it's plain pumpkin! WHO has the time to clean, roast, puree, and squeeze dry pumpkin when you can buy it that way in a can! I am the first one to create something from scratch, in fact I love to do that, but at holiday time who would not want to skip 4 steps if they could? I would, that's for sure!
Yes, this IS a homemade pie, just get over it people!
