Reviewed Chinese Chicken and Rice Soup

Surprisingly delicious! I used stock instead of broth, since that's what I had on hand. Loved the balance of the "weight" in the soup between the chicken, rice, egg, and spinach. My husband had his soy sauce ready to add to his own bowl, but didn't need to - he said the flavors were already great! Will definitely be making this again this fal...
