Reviewed Pepper-Jack Chicken With Succotash

Alot of flavor and very easy to make. Just one advice if you've never stuffed chicken before make a slight slit through the side of the thickest part of the chicken, not the top like I did. I had to deal with major clean up after flipping the chicken and the cheese and Arugula melted :/ Will definitely make again in the near future."
