Made it for a retirement party, actually, made two. It took a LONG time make. We refrigerated overnight, and assembled the cakes the next morning. The fresh chocolate ganache was fabulous. We tried our small ramican cakes (w/ leftover batter) just after assembly. the warm ganache was to die for. I am not a GCC fan but I would eat this any day w/ fresh...
