Reviewed 'Night 'Night Curry: Roasted Lamb Curry with Garam Masala, Caraway and Apricots

Reviewed Bacon-Apple-Jalapeno Pop 'Ems

"I am not a jalapeno fan so I substituted yellow chillis. Also added the balsamic vinegar as suggested by another. Very creamy & delicious but not spicy. Next time I"ll add spice to the cream cheese and use sweet mini peppers instead.

Reviewed Giddy-Up Steak with Onion-Date Compote

"So Good! I doubled the coriander and garam masala because my family really likes Indian spices. My husband doesn't like coffee and had no clue it was in there. The onion compote was fantastic! Reviewed Shrimp and Pineapple Not-So Po' Boys

"Fantastic! Loved the flavors. We like things SPICY so I doubled the all the spices/pepper in the chutney except the tumeric & halved the mayo. Using pineapple tidbits lessened the chopping. I was out of cornmeal so I used Panko crumbs as suggested by another review-was a total save & worked great but I will try fine cornmeal next time. Love you Aarti & can't wait to see the next season. Wish you would put the giraffe from the blog in the next intro - it's too cute!
