"I host an annual cookie exchange over the holidays and as the host, I feel the need to present a spectacular cookie. This cookie is truly amazing. I could not stop eating them (very dangerous). The combination of cranberries, pistachios and white chocolate is so yummy and the texture of the cookie is perfect (not too hard like typical biscotti cookies). This cookie is so good, that they've made my list of annual cookies to make during the holidays.
