I make this recipe at least once a month for my family. It's so easy and fool proof. I hardly ever use the fresh herbs. Sometimes I just use Herbs de Provence which I always try to have on hand. You really can't mess this up.

Reviewed Cocoa Brownies

I have no idea why this recipe only has four stars so far. I give it a solid five. This is the best brownie recipe I have ever made. My pastry chef friend said it is hands down the best brownie he has ever eaten! Today I filled a mini muffin tin 3/4 of the way with the batter and sprinkled sea salt on top baked at 300 for 10-12 minutes. Perfection"
