Reviewed You and Me Chicken Pot Pies
"My family didn't go for the filo crust, but other than that, I love how much healthier this recipe is than a traditional, heavy pot pie. I make it in a full pie pan and we LOVE the filling. I must admit that I usually use a regular pie crust. :)
Reviewed Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter
"We love, love, love this recipe! We've made it several times. So delicious. And I agree...you could get away with less better to save calories without affecting the flavor.
"The sauce was amazing, but I had a hard time with the ravioli. Making them was a process, but that didn't bother me. The cooked ravioli were a bit limp and slimy. My family didn't go for them at all.
