i doubled this recipe and i am not a baker, but it turned out quite well. the only thing i didnt double was the cornstarch and the cream of tarter. i did 1.5. i've never made meringue that way before. it took me about 3 hours total to make, but there was a lot of love put into this dessert. i hope my family loves it! i think next time i will "
