My Activity

Reviewed Caramelized Onion Penne

"This was extremely tasty. I wasn't sure what it would taste like. I replaced the cream with fat free half and half. It was still very delicious. The anchovy paste, with the carmelized onions really made a delicous flavor. I served with the chops recipe from this episode. Delicious together. I also served it with roasted brussel sprouts."

Reviewed Pork Chops Pizzaiola

"I made this tonight. It was delicious. I didn't have fennel, so omitted it. I also reduced the amount of chicken broth. I cooked longer than the recipe said. This thickened up the sauce and cooked the thick chops. The recipe doesn't allow enough time to cook the meat, so cook longer than what the recipe says. It was very good with the pasta."

Reviewed Poached Chickens

"I halved the recipe and got plenty of chicken. I also got plenty of stock which I froze to use at another time. Extremely easy!"

Reviewed Chicken and Mushrooms with Rigatoni

"Extremely easy and delish!! I made the poached chicken the day before but didn't have time to make this, so saved making it the next day. It took no time at all. I used rotini instead of rigatoni...no problem! I didn't have shallots or fresh herbs, so used dried herbs. I used half and half instead of cream. It was still very tasty. My husba"
