Reviewed Dry Aged Prime Rib Roast

For all of those that are wondering- yes, it is okay to dry age your roast. You can do it safely up to 2 weeks. Yes, there will be some mold on there, and it will stink, but cut the bad parts off and your meat is good to go, and should be absolutely amazing after cooking!
