Made this as a "try-out" for Thanksgiving dinner. My husband and mom loved it! At first I thought there was a little too much cayenne pepper, but my family disagreed. Without the cayenne pepper, the taste would be bland. The only pain was frying the shallots. I would suggest cooking the shallot along with the mushrooms. If you like the crumble...
