"BLECH! Not loving these at all. These were flavorless and oily from the butter.
I prefer the Alton Brown crepes recipe instead. I tried to post the link for you but it wouldn't let me. If you search crepes, it comes up as recipe #2 and received 5 stars.
I add in a teaspoon of sugar to Alton's recipe if I am making a dessert crepe, otherwise it's perfect for savory crepes.
