"AWESOME!!!! They are super easy and my husband and kids really enjoy them. I have made them for Thanksgiving and now for Christmas, I will be making them year round. I add chocolate chip to them for some variety. I agree the key is definitely not to over bake them which is very easy to do. Also parchment paper is a must.

"I used regular peanut butter and quick oats but took the suggestion of boiling it longer. I boiled it for 4 - 5 minutes and they turned out perfect. Its a great recipe just poor instructions on how long to boil it. I would definitely make them again.
