I've made this recipe twice and both times it was a HUGE crowd-pleaser! The second time I had some leftover cooked chicken breast in the fridge, so I improvised a bit. I pulled the chicken, mixed up a smaller portion of the marinade and let the cooked chicken soak it up. It made a delicious pulled chicken sandwich!"

So simple, yet so delicious! It's a very satisfying soup, yet rather light. It did turn out thinner than I expected, but that can easily be changed the next time I make it (by adding more beans or less stock) - because I will definitely make it again!
