"Rave reviews by all that tasted these and I served them to several who are picky and into gourmet food. It's a great twist on an old favorite with the chipotle/spicy kick! I halved the recipe and it worked great. Served it in a fluted tart pan which impressed everyone. Will definitely make again!"
