This is a great traditional recipe. My tweaks are that I use Lawry's Seasoned Salt and chicken stock instead of water. When I use a LeCreuset dutch oven, the heat is distributed better and it only takes 30 mins. It takes longer in an aluminum pot, or one with a copper bottom."
