Reviewed Braised Country-Style Pork Ribs

One of the tastiest dishes I have made in quite a while. Doubled the recipe and made in a very large skillet. Grabbed the handle bare-handed straight out of the oven. This meal was so awesome that it was totally worth the burn! Must serve with the polenta from the same episode.
