I'm a self-employed travel agency owner of 23 years! I love to travel all over the world and I love to cook. I have 3 adult children and 5 adorable grandchildren. I enjoy gardening and quilting but rarely have time for either one. We are in the process of restoring a turn-of-the-century farmhouse in the Texas Hill Country and I am very much enjoying the journey. God's blessings abound in my life!
Favorite Foods
I love Mexican food and Indian food. I love to try new things and will try just about anything. I love to cook desserts, especially beautiful layer cakes. My family loves my Country-Herbed Italian Meatloaf. My son thinks my meal of venison, mashed potatoes, gravy, and homemade biscuits is the best ever! I really enjoy dining at Macaroni Grill, but the best restaurants are normally not the chain restaurants. When I am in a new city I've never been, I try to ask a local where the locals eat. Babbo in NYC is the best Italian food experience I've ever had outside of Italy! A-mazing!
