Very good! I modified the recipe to incorporate the sausage, half a red pepper, half a yellow pepper, a small onion, 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic and spinach and reduced the eggs to 8. Excellent!! I did find that I had to bake it for about 18 to 20 minutes, instead of the 6 to 8 suggested.

This is a great recipe! A few tweaks to the recipe and tips:
