I';m not sure this is going to let me post a question without rating the meal. Brisket can often be very dry...it';s difficult to make it juicy. And the pictures of this make it look dry. Did this come out moist when you made it?"

I'd like to find out how to substitute whole wheat pastry flour for regular all purpose flour in terms of measurements and/or liquids.

I know that this can be tough, taste and texture wise for many types of baking, but this is for pancakes which I can't imagine should make that big of a difference.
