I'd like to find out how to substitute whole wheat pastry flour for regular all purpose flour in terms of measurements and/or liquids.
I know that this can be tough, taste and texture wise for many types of baking, but this is for pancakes which I can't imagine should make that big of a difference.

I used this batter in the Belgian waffle maker. I added a bit of vanilla and about a tablespoon of cinnamon. I also used white whole wheat.
