Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp, Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

This recipe was fantastic!! Just make sure you mash the tomatoes, as the recipe does not tell you to do so, although Giada did mash them on the show. Also, I am not a huge fan of mint, so instead of 1/2 cup, I used a generous 1/4 cup and I thought it was plenty. The flavors in this dish are very fresh. "

I love this recipe. The first time I made it I must have used too much tarragon because all I could taste was the licorice flavor. I substituted fresh thyme and a little bit of basil and I thought the flavor was better. There is definitely too much dressing, I use what I need and keep the rest as a sauce to use on grilled chicken or fish."
