Delicious and healthy! I personally do not like "regular" pesto very much, not to mention how expensive pine nuts can be, but this recipe is so good with its unique ingredients. I have made it a few times now and can throw it all together without measuring. I skip the pecan roasting step on a night when I am in a hurry, and it still tastes great!...
