I LOVE lahmacun (pronounced lock-MAH-June). Here's a more authentic recipe:
1 1/8 tsp (1/2 package) of active dry yeast
1tsp of sugar
2tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of salt,
1 cup warm water
3 1/2-5 cups of BREAD flour (Turks don't measure ;)
Knead it until it is smooth like an earlobe....
