Made these this weekend for a party & everyone raved about them! They were VERY easy to make. The only thing I would say is make sure your coffee is VERY hot. I had leftover coffee that I put in the microwave for 2 mins & it worked perfectly. Thanks, Ree, for a delicious & quick dessert! I used vanilla instead of the liquor.""

I made this recipe last night, and even my 3 yo ate it! I halved the recipe b/c I wasn't sure how the leftovers would reheat. Also, I only let the tomato mixture sit for about 3 hours. The only thing I would do differently is cut down on the garlic slightly. It was very quick & easy - as long as you remember to start the tomatoes 4 hrs ahead!"
