"I thought they were wonderful!! I added an egg, and a little more flour along with Head Country seasoning salt(not sure if you can get it anywhere but Oklahoma), and a little pepper. I took standinglynx's advice and used the spray in my hands and that worked great!! I however used my fry daddy instead of doing in a cast iron b/c I don't have on""
