Reviewed Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze

Super easy, healthy weeknight meal. Tastes good too! I've used a little lemon juice in place of the white wine if I didn't have an open bottle on hand. I follow the cooking instructions exactly and it's yielded perfectly cooked salmon every time I've made this. This is part of our regular weeknight dinner rotation."
