Made just the hummus, and it was great! Added a Tbsp. of adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers, along with some extra lemon juice and fresh cilantro. Next time, I'd cut the olive oil in half. Otherwise, great and EASY recipe."

Loved it! Subbed raisins for the grapes and used Fage "Mango Guanabana" Greek yogurt. Added a little sweetness. Also added about a TB of olive oil and the juice of one lemon to the chicken. Will definitely make it again!"

Delicious and SO moist! Followed other reviewers' suggestions and used 1/4 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of applesauce (instead of pineapple). Also used 2 TB of oat bran instead of wheat germ and used pumpkin pie spice in place of 1/2 of the cinnamon. Came out to 12 muffins exactly. Took about 25 minutes."
