"Pretty decent as far as oven fried chicken goes. I notice a lot of folks had problems with the chicken coming out mushy. Try baking the tenders on a wire rack as opposed to directly on the cookie sheet. It will help them crisp up a little more. Also don't bake any longer than 15 minutes or else the chicken will dry out.""

"Overall this is a good meatloaf recipe. However as mentioned by others, if you are not a fan of blue cheese, you will find the flavor overwhelming. I will make this dish again, but I will cut the amount of blue cheese down or maybe use parmesan as a substitute. The meatloaf does come out really moist though, so this recipe is a keeper."
