"Hello! This was my first ever bread pudding : It was very yummy, and like most, I also cut down the sugar. I only used 3/4 cup in the bread pudding mixture. I did make my own sauce however since I didn't have any brandy and didn't feel like going to the store at 830 at night. So, my sauce was: milk, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, sugar, and white chocola"
