Reviewed Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream
"We modified the recipe in several ways: we used lobster meat that we marinated (almost like ceviche). We used a lot more adobo chipotle peppers than the recipe called for, which added a lot more flavor and heat. It was delicious! We would add avocado and a side of rice and beans next time. "
