"I forgot to put in the vinegar and I because I don't have a grill I put some Cajun seasonings on the red peppers and onion before cooking them. SO good! I will defiantly be making this over and over again! "

Reviewed Garlic Bread

"I love this!! I used at less than half the amount of butter that is called for and leave out the hot sauce and Parmesan. This has become my 'go to' side item with quite a few meals. Never disappointing!

Reviewed Spaghetti with Arugula Pesto and Seared Jumbo Shrimp

"I made it pretty much to a 'T'. It was okay, but I would add a couple more cloves of garlic and a handful of pine nuts to the pesto. Also, make sure that you use enough pasta water to thin the pesto to the right consistency. After reading a few of the other reviews I am wondering if they had done this step or if they used fresh aruluga. I will make this again but with these changes. The lemon at the end really helped with the bitter taste too, may double the amount of zest at the end.
